Non-immigrant Visa Services
Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. (By appointment only)

*No one may accompany applicants, with the exception of minor children who may bring one parent or adult.

Visa/Passport Pickup (with claim check): Monday-Thursday 3-4, Friday 11-12

212(g) Dropping off additional documents: Monday-Thursday 10-11

Immigrant Visa Applicants (Document submission): Monday and Thursday 2-3 p.m.
For interviews, Tuesday-Wednesday 2:00 p.m. (By appointment only)

Couriers from Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations: 
Anytime during regular working hours (Monday-Thursday 8-12, 1:30-5; Friday 8-12)

All other inquiries : Monday-Thursday 1:30-3:00, no inquiries on Fridays.
