Mon-Thurs 7:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. (By appointment only)

*No one may accompany applicants, with the exception of minor children, who may bring one parent or adult.

Visa/Passport Pickup (with claim check): Monday-Thursday 15:00- 16:00

212(g) Dropping off additional documents: Monday-Thursday 10:00 -11:00

Immigrant Visa Applicants

Document submission: Mondays and Thursdays 14:00 - 15:00
Interviews: By appointment only.

Couriers from Diplomatic Missions and International Organizations: 
Monday-Thursday 8:00 - 12:00, 13:30 - 17:00

All other inquiries : Monday-Thursday 13:30 - 15:00
